Delivery & Returns


For international orders, our goal is to ship your goods on the same day if you place your order before noon. If your order is placed after noon, we will ship your goods the next day. (During promotional periods, this may take up to 2-3 business days.)


Premium Delivery

We offer Economy Shipping and Express Shipping. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.
Orders over $110 are eligible for free shipping (Economy Shipping by default). If you require faster delivery, please contact customer service to upgrade your shipping.

International Delivery Options

Ukraine Delivery to Ukraine has been temporarily suspended until further notice, due to the unfolding events in the area. We are closely monitoring the situation and will do all we can to resume delivery into the country as soon as possible.

Russia Due to recent developments, shipping carriers have halted their services to Russia. We have therefore temporarily suspended shipping to the country

Returns & Refunds

At My Elysianlace, we want you to shop with confidence and experience the joy of wearing our exclusive lingerie selections. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we understand that not every purchase might meet your expectations. Given our global reach and the unique nature of our products, here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

No Direct Refunds: Understanding Our Approach

    • Environmental Commitment: We are dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact. By not supporting standard returns, we reduce the carbon footprint associated with international logistics.
    • Exclusive Selection: Our products are often limited edition or exclusive. This special inventory makes standard returns operationally challenging.
    • Quality Assurance: Every product undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure you receive items in excellent condition, greatly reducing the need for returns.

    Gifted Item Return Policy

    If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a unique way to compensate:

    1. Return Requests: Please initiate your return request within 28 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
    2. Gift Items Instead of Refunds: Instead of a refund, we offer the opportunity to select one or multiple items from our store as a gift, while you keep the original items.
    3. Value of Gift Items: The total price of the gift items will not exceed the total price of your original purchase. Please note, additional shipping costs for gift items will apply.
    4. Return Limitations: To prevent misuse, each customer is limited to five return requests per month.
    5. Order Details: When requesting a return, include your order number, email address, and links to the desired gift items, specifying size, color, and quantity.
    6. Promotional Pricing: If your purchase was made at a promotional price, the value of the gift items will correspond to the promotional pricing.
    7. Processing Time: Allow approximately 7 days from the receipt of your return request for us to confirm the details and ship your gift items.

    Please Note: International duties and sales taxes are not included in the price of gifted items.

    We believe this approach aligns better with our sustainability goals and offers you a unique selection of our products to enjoy, even if the original item didn't meet your expectations.


    Cancelling an order

    As our orders begin being processed within 15 minutes of being placed (in order to make sure orders are sent out asap) it’s sometimes difficult for us to pull an order from the system. Make sure you tell us as soon as you can if you’d like to cancel an order, and we’ll do our best to pull it from the warehouse system.
