Delivery

For international orders, our goal is to ship your goods on the same day if you place your order before noon. If your order is placed after noon, we will ship your goods the next day. (During promotional periods, this may take up to 2-3 business days.)

To track your parcel, please click "View your order", then click through on the tracking number hyperlink. Please note that tracking may not update for a few hours- if the tracking is not showing by the next working day, please let us know by contacting us via our customer service contact form

We offer Economy Shipping and Express Shipping. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.
Orders over $110 are eligible for free shipping (Economy Shipping by default). If you require faster delivery, please contact customer service to upgrade your shipping.

Ukraine Delivery to Ukraine has been temporarily suspended until further notice, due to the unfolding events in the area. We are closely monitoring the situation and will do all we can to resume delivery into the country as soon as possible. Russia Due to recent developments, shipping carriers have halted their services to Russia. We have therefore temporarily suspended shipping to the country.

Returns & Refunds

My Elysianlace wants you to shop with confidence and enjoy wearing more from us! We hope you’ll be delighted with everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide return options for you according to our Terms and Conditions. See our Returns Information for details. We currently do not offer exchanges.

As we ship globally, international shipping costs are high, so we currently do not accept returns for refunds. But don't worry, we have a better alternative.

If you wish to return for any reason, the following terms and conditions apply:

1.Please submit your return request within 28 days after delivery, requests beyond 28 days will no longer be accepted.

2.After submitting your return request, we will gift you one or multiple items for free (you can choose desired items again from our shop), while still keeping the original items.

3.The total price of our gifted items cannot exceed the total price of your returned items. (You will need to pay for the shipping of gifted items.)

4.To avoid certain malicious return behaviors, each account is eligible for 5 return requests per month.

5.In the return form, please fill in your order number, email address, links to the gifted items wished (specify information like size, color, quantity etc.)

5.If you purchased on a promotional price, the price of our gifted items will also be calculated based on the promotional price back then.

7.Please allow approximately 7 days starting after receipt of your return request, which is needed for us to confirm the gifted items information with you and ship them out again. We do not offer exchanges, please reorder if you need another size.

8.Please note that the total price of our gifted items does not include international duties and sales tax.

Please return or exchange your items within 28 days of delivery.

As our orders begin being processed within 15 minutes of being placed (in order to make sure orders are sent out asap) it’s sometimes difficult for us to pull an order from the system. Make sure you tell us as soon as you can if you’d like to cancel an order, and we’ll do our best to pull it from the warehouse system.

Product & Stock

Given that we need to regularly update styles to meet market demand, it takes at least 2-3 months from order to production of an apparel collection, and due to the minimum order quantity limit, we cannot easily replenish out-of-stock sizes either. We suggest you place your order early for sizes that fit you!

Currently, we mainly sell through online stores and have not yet set up physical stores. However, we have many offline sales partners worldwide. If you would like to become our offline partner, please feel free to contact us!

As a small brand, the investment in every lingerie item is very high, even for sizes we already sell. Processes like sample trial wears and sample shootings require huge upfront costs, which are even higher for new sizes, requiring entirely new pattern making and material purchases. We need to assess the minimum order quantity of each size to ensure cost controllability and basic profitability. If a lingerie size has uncertain sales prospects, it is very likely to lead to severe overstock and capital loss! We take these risks because we listen to our customers' (and potential customers') needs, and also hope to gain your support to explore more possibilities!
